The Residences at Pier Sixty-Six Names ONE Sotheby’s International Realty Exclusive Sales and Marketing Partner

Tavistock Development Company announces ONE Sotheby’s International Realty as the exclusive sales and marketing agency to bring The Residences at Pier Sixty-Six to market in late October 2022.

Under construction since October 2021, the initial sales offerings of The Residences at Pier Sixty-Six will feature one, 11-story condominium building with a limited collection of only 31 luxury homes ranging from 2,700 to 2,800 square feet and two, four-story resort residence buildings with a combined 31 luxury units ranging from 1,600 to 3,800 square feet. Designed by Garcia Stromberg, the waterfront residences will anchor a new Marina Promenade at Pier Sixty-Six that will feature restaurants, shops, and offices.

The 4,200 square-foot sales gallery for the highly anticipated condominiums will open by the end of 2022 and will be located at 2406 17th Street Ramp. The sales gallery will offer potential buyers the chance to get a true feel for the distinct ownership experience at Pier Sixty-Six, with a showcase residence and interactive video screens.

Tavistock acquired the Pier Sixty-Six Hotel & Marina in December 2016 and the adjacent former Sails Marina site in July 2017. Construction on The Residences at Pier Sixty-Six began in late 2021 and is projected to be complete in 2024, coinciding with the debut of the reimagined Pier Sixty-Six Resort in 2024. The Marina remains open throughout construction and continues to be a host site for the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show and home of the Superyacht Village.
