Tavistock Development Co. has launched sales of Indigo, its second condo at the Pier Sixty-Six hotel and marina in Fort Lauderdale.
The Orlando-based developer is building condos and villas at 2301 S.E. 17th St. while at the same time renovating the historic Pier Sixty-Six hotel. The project will also include a marina with restaurants and shops, which are also under construction…
